INGREDIENTS

2 ½ lbs. Oxtail, Cleaned

1 Premade Pizza Crust

4 tbsp Oxtail Seasoning

2 tbsp Cooking Oil

2 Packets Pot Roast Seasoning Mix

Thai sweet chili sauce, as required

Mozzarella cheese, as required

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the oxtails in a bowl and season them generously with oxtail seasoning. Mix well to ensure the seasoning coats the oxtail well.
  2. Prepare the Ninja Foodie. Select sauté at high temperature and add oil.
  3. Once the oil heats up, place the oxtails one at a time at the bottom of the pot and let them sear on one side for about 2 to 3 minutes or until they begin to brown. Flip the oxtails and repeat for the other side as well.
  4. Meanwhile, mix pot roast seasoning packets with two cups of water.
  5. Turn off the sauté function. Pour pot roast seasoning mix into the pot and give it a stir.
  6. Seal the lid. Select high pressure and set the timer to 50 minutes. Once the time is up, Quick-release the pressure.
  7. Take the oxtails out of the ninja foodie and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes so they cool down.
  8. Take off the meat from the bone using a fork and place it in a bowl.
  9. Prepare the baking pan by lightly greasing it with oil. Place the pizza dough onto the pan.
  10. Drizzle Thai sweet chili sauce and the leftover juices from oxtail on the pizza dough.
  11. Place shredded oxtail meat over the pizza dough. Make sure you add the meat generously.
  12. Lastly, add mozzarella cheese on top.
  13. Drizzle some more oxtail juice and Thai sweet chili sauce.
  14. Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 16 minutes or until the pizza is done.
  15. Enjoy!
